I deleted those which are irrelevant or those hitting below the belt. …Anybody’s free to comment either constructive or negative, just be sure that you’re credible enough to justify your claims or opinions so it would not be misleading for beginners as they would be the one to suffer . …I ripped this video from the OPM (Original Pilipino Music) Pop Songs Videoke Collections, produced by Vicor Music Records. …This video was uploaded as a response to Abigail Armstrong (abigailarmstrong) to help her with her singing career. hello hello how are you
what the fuck is she on about? i havent even gone to uni yet and i know shes talking a load of crap
What a load of NONSENSE… this woman has NO IDEA what she is saying. What a laugh – no, actually it’s really embarrassing to have these so called “experts” talk such crap..! She needs to get some lessons to deal with her own breathing issues, learn some vocal anatomy and physiology, and then she’ll know the chest is quite IRRELEVANT in projection….! Kids, do not listen to her.
thank’s for all of your videos. Their are very helpfull
The sync is out on my iPod
I have more vocal technique on my channel fo those who play guitar as well
hope it helps
peace
chris
She has problems with breathing while she speaks, so how can she breath properly when singing???:/
This is absolute nonsense. She took 2min to say NOTHING and gave a completely false projection idea. One doesn;t use the chest in any way to project the voice for singing or speaking.
Where do they get these people?
lmao
i’m good! how are you?
nervous
Lol I cant even get that low!
When I try to imitate a mans voice I still have a very high pitch.

@bella2theend
That’s right. “Proper breathing” is one of the most effective technique in achieving good voice, not only in singing but speech as well. It eliminates stammering, and exhaustive singing. Proper breathing makes you relaxed, especially in hitting high and sustaining notes and protects your vocal chords from strains.
Proper breathing greatly helps in attaining “speech level kind of singing”. As a former broadcast deejay and newscaster myself, I recommend good breathing practices.
Air Air Air. and more Air. Triple the air.

I like Abigail Armstrong’s passion in singing. From the very start, I could feel her dedication and I strongly believe someday, given the right opportunity, she’ll reach for the stars. I have uploaded this video for her because I want her to improve. Previous comments on her wasn’t good, but I think she’s better now with her new singing videos.
This video is just a guide, but really the singer’s passion paves the way for success. Kudos and thanks for dropping by!

Vocalization is used mainly to identify, maintain or widen your vocal range…. In my opinion, shout – singing is entirely different or not connected with vocalization. Therefore, you can do both at the same session, one at a time.
…I remember my former singer/ model talent when she was younger, she used to do shout singing to add brilliance to her voice. In shouting, you have to learn to inhale properly so your throat will not be pushed or stressed hard, or you’ll ruin your voice (harsh).
As I’ve said previously, vocal techniques depends on the coach/ trainer’s preferences and body framework of the singer.
In general, shout-singing is applicable only for rock songs. But for standard belting procedure, the most important thing is how you hit high and sustain notes through proper diaphragmatic and sustained breathing techniques.
…As long as your throat are not stressed or doesn’t hurt, the technique you’ve been taught is fine.
hi, i used to do vocalization, but my coach trained me to shout the word LOVE,, for us to develop chest tone..
Dear “juanarab”,
This video is open for criticism. I approved and reply to most of the comments as a reference, as long as the comment is not too offending or profane.
By weighing both positive and negative comments, we could learn from each other, and this video might be improved.
As some of you may agree with this video, others may not – depending on their preferences and experiences.
If a negative comment were based on confusion, I would try to reply to it in a constructive form.
Tnx!
