Guys, improve your singing skills does not have to be difficult (I used to feel it did). I’ll give you some advice right now. Look for a training program called Xumelior Secrets (do a google search). Seriously, thanks to Xumelior Secrets I’ve improve my singing techniques. I probably shouldn’t even be mentioning it because I don’t want a bunch of other guys out there running the same “game” but whatever, I am just in a great mood today so I’ll share the wealth haha.

Be my guest. Some already do. I do not endorse any comments of advice on here by others but I welcome conversation between viewers. I believe that people should have as much choice as they can when it comes to learning. My only pet hate is anyone coming on here to try and sell a singing course. Those comments get deleted. This advice is free, and it’s sort of turned into a free forum for singing :)
    All the best.

    Jeff.

Doing as many different vowel sounds and notes on a regular basis teaches pronunciation correctly. A bit like a foreign word you can’t seem to pronounce in the correct way. Keep on trying to say it correctly and eventually you’ll get there.

Thanks for that, very helpful! :) You were saying about the diaphragm exercise and doing it a few times a day, should the same approach be adopted with doing the vowel scales?

    Cheers

Regular screaming can be quite abrasive as you probably already know from sore throats that you must have had after some performances. I think you first need to discover where your vocal chords are at by visiting a doctor that specialises in the throat, and vocals.
Our bodies are adaptable to some extent but that adaptation can take time. If you stop your screaming it can take months, maybe years for your body to revert to natural again, and that is age dependant.

The vibrato effect is caused by the diaphragm. The muscles cannot maintain tension for a long time, so they pulse. It occurs naturally and should not be forced. Improving it is done by doing breathing exercises etc. As explained in the videos.

i have a question about vibratos. how can i have vibratos and how can i improve my vibratos?

Each exercise and tip I give is designed to help for different reasons. Doing the scales helps you expand your vocal range whilst teaching you note progression. Although constantly repeating this can become boring, it’s the repetitiveness that makes it seem natural. Like learning to walk. At first you have to think about every muscle movement as you put one foot in front of the other. Years of exercise means you can do it without having to consciously think about it.
